The Role
This is a senior individual contributor role with CEO-visible impact. You will set the technical foundation, shape the strategy, and ship the work. This role requires a developer at heart with a mind for web strategy, equally comfortable writing code as diagnosing Core Web Vitals or communicating impact to stakeholders. You report to the VP of Brand & Community and partner daily with Demand Gen, Marketing Ops, and Design.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Pindrop.com: architecture, performance, uptime, and every page that ships. Build from design to live, keep tech debt low, and hold Core Web Vitals to a standard. Mobile-first approach with automated testing as table stakes.
- Build AI-native experiences for both humans visiting today and AI agents crawling the web. Implement LLM-ready structure, schema, and content with personalization and dynamic content. Create agentic and RAG-backed experiences, prototyped and measured against pipeline.
- Own on-site conversion across demo, content, and product journeys. Partner with Demand Gen on landing pages, run experiments with real hypotheses, and scale what works.
- Own web data quality across GA4, GTM, and BI. Build dashboards that inform decision-making.
