- Drive a test-first methodology to ensure reliability and maintainability across critical healthcare infrastructure
- Embed WCAG and Section 508 accessibility standards into the core of the product
- Integrate AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Gemini into your daily workflow to accelerate development
- Partner with backend engineers on RESTful API integration and seamless frontend-to-backend delivery

- Participate in sprint planning, refinement, PI Planning, and release readiness in close partnership with product and delivery
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of frontend engineering experience with deep expertise in TypeScript and React
- Demonstrated technical leadership experience including code reviews, architecture decisions, and mentoring
- Strong commitment to web accessibility standards including WCAG and Section 508
- Test-first mindset with a track record of building reliable, maintainable software

- Thrives in a remote, collaborative Agile environment and genuinely enjoys working closely with engineers, product, and government stakeholders
- Communicates clearly and openly, whether in a PR review, a planning session, or a conversation with a client
- Performs other related duties as assigned
