As part of our 300-person team, you will lead complex Data & AI projects in the SAP environment and take responsibility for their successful implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Data & AI projects in the SAP environment and take responsibility for their successful implementation – from requirements analysis to go-live
• Manage projects holistically across their entire lifecycle – from strategy and architecture through use-case identification and requirements gathering to implementation and successful establishment in operations
• Analyze customer technical and business requirements together with your team and convert them into scalable solutions using SAP BW (BW/4HANA), SAP Datasphere, and SAP Business Data Cloud
• Manage the content and operational steering of projects, coordinate multiple streams, and ensure the quality, stability, and cost-effectiveness of delivery
• Lead project teams both technically and administratively, develop your employees strategically, and foster effective collaboration – even in distributed or international setups
• Serve as the central point of contact on the customer side, manage stakeholders at project and management levels, moderate discussions, and actively support escalations
• Contribute to bidding processes and the development of existing customer relationships, thus contributing to the sustainable development of our projects
• Share your knowledge through training, project presentations, webinars, and internal and external technology events, strengthen competency development in the team, and position our expertise with customers and in the market

Requirements

• Extensive project experience in the data warehouse environment
• Comprehensive expertise in SAP BW / BW/4HANA and SAP Datasphere or SAP Business Data Cloud
• Proven experience managing complex projects or project streams
• Successful track record leading teams both technically and administratively
