Role Overview

You will join a highly collaborative compensation team of self-driven individuals who value teamwork, practical problem-solving, and thoughtful decision-making. You'll partner closely with internal teams including Finance, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Legal and Equity to translate business strategy into scalable compensation programs.

• Develop and evolve broad-based, sales, and executive/equity compensation programs
