About the Role

This is an exciting consulting position within the NiCE – Value Realisation Services (VRS) Organisation that is focused on owning customers' business case and driving increased adoption and bottom-line ROI value of NICE solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customers through Contact Center/CCaaS transformations
• Own customers' business case and drive increased adoption
• Drive bottom-line ROI value of NICE solutions
• Act as a leading voice in maturing VRS methodology and delivery of services
• Deliver bottom line business impact via software solutions

• Strong mix of consulting and operations experience
• Seasoned consultant with business, subject matter expertise, and technical savvy
• Well experienced to lead teams through transformations
