Responsibilities

• Provide daily customer support via phone, email, and Zoom to e-commerce entrepreneurs with accounting problems
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear and friendly communication
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to improving our solutions
• Work closely with the Onboarding Automation Team to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on SMART goals
• Experience using DATEV (required)
• Interest in digitizing the accounting industry
• Independent, structured, and process-oriented work style
• Open to feedback, digital work, and remote-first environments
• Fluent in German and English
