About the role

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (B2C) to independently manage a fixed customer base of approximately 2,000+ customers. You will be the central point of contact, ensuring our customers receive optimal support, solutions, and consistently positive experiences with our services and products.

Responsibilities

  • Management of a fixed customer portfolio (B2C)
  • Support with legal matters (no legal advice required)
  • Identification and resolution of problems
  • Proactive guidance and support for our customers
  • Consultation on appropriate solutions and services
  • Close collaboration with our Legal and Backoffice teams

Required Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills (clear, calm, solution-oriented)
  • Responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Experience working with customers (support, sales, or customer success)
  • Ability to remain composed in difficult situations
  • Goal-oriented work with focus on customer satisfaction and long-term customer relationships
