Responsibilities

• Provide daily customer support via phone, email, and Zoom to e-commerce entrepreneurs with accounting issues
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear and friendly communication
• Identify recurring problems and drive improvements to our solutions
• Collaborate closely with the Onboarding Automation Team to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• High self-motivation and results-oriented mindset (SMART Goals)
• Experience using DATEV (required)
• Interest in digitizing the accounting industry
• Independent, structured, and process-oriented working style
• Open to feedback, digital work, and remote-first environments
• Fluent in German and English
