Performance and measurability of results are central to every project. The KPI Architect is the cross-functional figure who ensures rigor, consistency, and depth in performance analysis across all high-impact strategic initiatives.

This role combines advanced analytical skills with deep business understanding, ensuring every project starts with clear objectives, defined measurement criteria, and a monitoring system to reveal whether actions are generating expected impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Measurement Framework Definition: Collaborate with Value Builders and Project Managers during discovery phases to define how success will be measured. Translate vague business objectives into concrete, measurable KPIs. Establish baselines, targets, and evaluation criteria. Create reusable templates and methodologies.
• Client Alignment on Objectives: Facilitate structured conversations with clients to ensure clarity on success criteria. Make implicit expectations explicit, quantify them, and transform them into shared agreements.
• Complex Analytical Challenge Support: Intervene when Value Builders face analytical problems requiring specialized skills or advanced methodologies, such as multi-touch attribution analysis, predictive modeling, advanced segmentation, or interpretation of complex datasets.
• Solution Impact Verification: After deployment, analyze data to verify whether solutions are generating expected impact. Distinguish correlations from causality, identify confounding variables, and build rigorous analyses for correct attribution of results.
• Purpose-Driven Analysis: Every analysis has a clear purpose and consequent action. Ensure every insight translates into a decision or action, avoiding analysis paralysis while maintaining focus on business value.
• Knowledge Building: Build and share expertise across the organization to elevate analytical capabilities.
