Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated translations and conversations between Korean and Japanese
• Annotate errors and assess responses for naturalness and context
• Provide structured feedback to improve accuracy, fluency, and cultural alignment
• Collaborate with the team to refine prompts, evaluation methods, and linguistic guidelines
• Verify terminology and ensure accurate rendering of idiomatic expressions and domain-specific language
• Test conversational flow

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Korean and Japanese (strong reading, writing, and communication skills)
• Experience in translation, interpretation, localization, or linguistics is a strong plus
• Attention to detail and ability to explain linguistic or cultural nuances clearly

Compensation

Pay range: $8 to $65 per hour. Exact rate determined after evaluating experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range listed above. As a contractor you'll supply a secure computer and reliable internet connection; company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
