Responsibilities

• Conceive, create, and optimize AI-powered content for LinkedIn, website, ads, and campaigns
• Develop effective prompts and content workflows (text, image, potentially video)
• Independently create LinkedIn Ads creatives (hook, copy, visual logic)
• Build and advance scalable content and performance processes using AI
• Create SEO-optimized landing pages and use cases
• Analyze and interpret content based on performance data (e.g., CTR, engagement)
• Identify and test new AI tools and marketing automations
• Collaborate closely with marketing and management on campaign ideas

Requirements

• Currently pursuing studies in marketing, graphic design, AI, media, or similar fields
• Demonstrable practical experience in content marketing (e.g., personal projects, student work, freelancing)
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude, Midjourney, Runway AI, or comparable tools
• Ability to distinguish good content from average content, particularly in B2B/LinkedIn contexts
• Creative talent for hooks, storytelling, and visual communication
• Basic understanding of performance marketing and KPIs (CTR, conversion, etc.)
• Structured, independent working style with high quality standards
• Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking
