About the role
The Position
As a member of the Key Account Management team, your responsibilities will include the following:
- Top 50 Client Portfolio Management: Manage, retain, and grow key accounts based in France and Europe. Your first objective is to make our customers happy and loyal.
- Business Development: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients. Helping our customers think out of the box to maximize their sales operations and therefore boost the strength of Lemonway’s value proposition.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, coordinate with other teams, ensure your customer portfolio overall satisfaction and quickly resolve any issues that arise in short delays.
- Analysis and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare regular reports, and suggest areas for improvement. Update information and forecasts in Salesforce.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the product, support, and compliance teams to deliver the best possible customer experience.
