Key Account Manager - Americas (LATAM & NORAM)
About the role
Role Overview
Nuitée is hiring a Key Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of demand-side accounts — fintechs, banks, super apps, and travel platforms that integrate Nuitée's API to power their own products — across LATAM and NORAM, with full accountability for TTV, conversion, and revenue targets.
You'll act as the single point of ownership for everything that drives account performance, from technical adoption to commercial growth, working autonomously to identify, prioritise, and resolve whatever is getting in the way of an account scaling.
Nuitée has a large number of US-based demand partners onboarding, with a strong pipeline behind them. This hire is the first step toward properly covering LATAM and NORAM, as the Key Account team expands to 5 KAMs.
What makes it interesting
- You own a portfolio end-to-end, with real autonomy from day one and no operational safety net telling you what to do next
- You'll be driving one of the company's biggest growth bets. The growth happening in the US will have a major impact on the business, and you're the one leading that market on the ground
- Your decisions and account management will meaningfully shape Nuitée's broader commercial strategy in the region
Nuitée has grown 10x since 2022, and was profitable already before raising a $48M Series A led by Accel. This role sits right at the center of that growth.
The kind of problems you'll work on
- An account is approaching over-utilisation of their inventory feed, who flags it, and how fast can it get resolved before it becomes a client issue?
- A client's growth is flattening, what does the data say, and what's the plan to get it moving again?
- There's a clear upsell opportunity on an account, how do you own that commercial conversation and get it closed?
- Supply and a client's needs aren't compatible, how do you coordinate internally to fix it before it becomes a churn risk?
