Join our growing editorial team as a (Junior) Technical Writer. You will work in a modern tool landscape and ensure our customers and colleagues always find the right answers by translating complex IT topics into clear, understandable language.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and develop technical documentation such as customer manuals, operations manuals, process and service documents in close collaboration with specialist departments based on XML or Markdown
• Apply style guides, templates, and processes for content governance and versioning
• Support and troubleshoot automated publication pipelines with tools such as GitLab and DITA Open Toolkit
