Junior Product Manager (ex-Sales|Support)

Daily Collaboration

You will cooperate with a strong cross-functional team of 10 specialists: analyst, iOS developers, designers, QA, backend engineers, and marketing team.

This Role Is for You If

• You want to move into Product Management and are ready to learn quickly through practice and responsibility
• You have experience in sales, support, consulting, operations, or customer-facing roles in product IT companies and understand PDLC
• You have already taken first steps in Product Management: courses, pet projects, your own research, or practical experience
• You have shown strong results in previous roles: exceeding KPIs, launching initiatives, optimizing processes, high performance, or fast career growth
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where speed of decisions, initiative, and measurable impact matter
• You want not just to complete tasks but to influence product and business results

Your Future Tasks

• Generate and prioritize hypotheses based on market and user research and analytics
• Manage full-cycle validation of product hypotheses: design, development, testing, analytics
• Conduct A/B tests to improve key metrics
• Cooperate with the marketing team to understand the full user journey and find optimal solutions to achieve goals
