The Role

Join our growing Performance Marketing team as we scale Paid Social campaigns across international markets. You'll bring a fresh perspective, analytical thinking, and genuine passion for data-driven marketing to support our ambitious growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimise Paid Social campaigns (primarily Meta and TikTok) independently — including targeting, bidding, creative selection, and campaign publishing
• Analyse campaign data and derive actionable insights to improve performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR)
• Plan and run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and ad copy to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
• Support setup, testing, and scaling of new paid channels such as TikTok, Outbrain, or Affiliate
• Work closely with internal teams (Creative, Copy, Data) and external partners to develop high-performing campaigns across the customer journey

Required Experience

• 1–2 years of professional experience in performance marketing or related field
• Strong willingness to keep learning and develop expertise
• Solid understanding of data-driven marketing and key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, bROAS)
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (must-have) and ideally TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or similar platforms
• Ability to set up campaigns structurally, manage budgets, define target audiences, and optimise performance
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), UTM parameters, and funnel analysis
• Experience with reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Excel, or Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of tracking and attribution
