(Junior) Media & Shopper Activation Manager (gn) – Core Markets International (Dutch, Italian or French Speaking)

As a Media & Shopper Activation Manager – Core Markets International, you will be responsible for planning and executing retail media and shopper activation initiatives that ensure a strong brand presence at the point of sale. Your Mission
- Plan, coordinate and execute retail media activities across our core markets (Netherlands, Switzerland and Italy)
- Brief, manage and ensure the quality of design assets and shopper marketing content
- Develop and implement point-of-sale (POS) campaigns, customer-specific activations and strategic partnerships
- Roll out and implement displays, POS materials and placement concepts across all relevant markets
- Create and continuously improve guidelines and best practices to ensure a consistent brand appearance
- Manage and coordinate external agencies, retail marketing departments and additional service providers
- Support budget planning and take ownership of allocated budgets
- Report directly to the Media & Shopper Strategy Manager – International within the Media & Shopper Marketing Team
Your Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Media, Business or a related field
- 2–3 years of professional experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Retail Media or Brand Activation
- Experience within the FMCG industry and a strong understanding of the retail landscape in the Netherlands, Italy and/or Switzerland
- Proven experience in developing, planning and executing activation and media initiatives
- Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders and international markets
- Experience managing external agencies and service providers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with KPIs, reporting tools and international processes
- A proactive team player with a hands-on mentality, excellent communication and coordination skills
- Creative and strategic mindset combined with a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Fluent English is required. In addition, you are professionally proficient in Italian, Dutch or French
- Willingness to travel 1–2 times per month
