Responsibilities

• Support customer relationship management and participate in IT service optimization
• Create and prepare service reports and support regular reporting
• Prepare and follow up on service meetings including meeting minutes
• Participate in service level management, particularly monitoring and documenting customer-specific SLAs
• Support identification of customer requirements and continuous improvement processes
• Participate in communication of incident root causes (RCA) and problem management measures
• Support preparation and follow-up of audit activities
• Coordinate with internal organizational units to ensure service quality
