As a Customer Support Specialist, you will
- Help resolve user inquiries and issues
- Communicate with users both in writing through support tickets and verbally via calls
- Interact with English-speaking users from all over the world
- Contribute to product improvement by escalating issues to the relevant teams
What is important for us
- Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English (B2+), both spoken and written
- Willingness to work night shifts (~6 per month) from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Ability to quickly adapt and learn new processes
- Stress resilience
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to handle user objections
- Empathy and a customer-oriented mindset
- Interest in emotional and behavioral well-being topics
- Readiness for long-term cooperation
