Your Mission

• Portfolio Management: You act as the primary interface for a portfolio of brokerage partners, moving relationships from transactional to 'preferred partner' status. You develop and execute bespoke account plans for major broker partners to maximize retention and growth.
• Revenue Generation & Performance Strategy: You own and exceed annual volume, revenue, and 'share of wallet' targets within your assigned broker panel. You actively monitor broker pipelines, providing support to ensure high conversion rates from initial submission to final closing. You represent the 'Voice of the Broker' in internal meetings to influence our roadmap and service levels. You monitor and ensure that internal service levels (response times, support) meet the expectations of our top-tier partners.
