About the Therapist role at Headspace

Members who have access to our personalized care plans receive the right level of care based on their needs - from self-management tools and coaching to therapy and psychiatry. Our proprietary app delivers clinically validated self-care content, along with chat access to Coaches and video access to Therapists, Psychiatrists for our members. At the moment of need, we provide our members with stigma-free access to high-quality coaches, clinicians and content.

Headspace Therapists must be licensed and reside in the US. Due to the nature of healthcare services provided to our customers, partners and members, all work must be provided in the U.S. Data, specifically personal health information may not be accessed, disclosed or used outside of the U.S. Please note that the U.S. is limited to the 50 states of the United States -- it does not include U.S. territories like Puerto Rico.

Requirements

• To get started, we strongly encourage having 10+ hours available per week with full flexibility to adjust; more is always welcome depending on your schedule.
• Please note that due to care demand and member scheduling fluctuations, it could take a number of weeks to achieve a consistent schedule.
• The pay range for the Contract Mental Health Therapist ranges from $66-$90+ per teletherapy session.
• Exact reimbursement rates will be determined during the interview process and are based on a number of factors including but not limited to state of residence, licensure type, experience, specializations, languages spoken, and populations treated.
• Session length is 60 minutes for an intake and 45 minutes for a follow up appointment, with concurrent note-taking expected and included in the session rate.
