We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join one of our international teams. You will be the bridge between our clients’ business needs and the technical solutions delivered by our engineering teams. You’ll apply an agile mindset and Lean thinking to turn complex problems into clear user stories and ensure continuous value delivery. Must-Have Skills (Required) Experience: 8+ years in IT. Business & Functional Analysis: strong ability to elicit, analyze, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and process improvements. Requirements Engineering: write clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria (BDD / Gherkin experience is a plus). Backlog Management: support backlog prioritization and refinement; strong understanding of product value and delivery sequencing. Agile/Scrum: hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives). Tools: experience with Jira or similar backlog and project management tools. Planning & Tracking: excellent prioritization, task management (from conception to delivery), risk identification and progress tracking skills. Communication: excellent spoken and written English; able to independently engage stakeholders both onsite and offshore. #LI-THAI23

Key Responsibilities

• • Facilitation & Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to map user journeys and business objectives.
  • Requirements Engineering: Practice active listening to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into functional/technical specifications.
  • Backlog Management: Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria (BDD/Gherkin when appropriate) and support backlog prioritization and refinement.
  • Value-Driven Vision: Ensure the development team understands the purpose and business impact of each delivery.
  • Problem Solving: Identify bottlenecks in client processes and propose continuous improvements grounded in data and service design best practices.

Nice to Have (Differentials)

• • Technical fluency: basic knowledge of APIs, databases, or systems architecture to facilitate communication with developers.
  • Certifications: agile or business analysis certifications (e.g., CSPO, PMI-PBA, CBAP).
  • Prior experience with international or distributed teams.
