What You'll Do

• Record and evaluate Japanese speech samples
• Provide expert feedback on pronunciation, tone, pacing, and emotional expression to strengthen voice models
• Record scripted material
• Assess AI-generated outputs for linguistic accuracy and naturalness
• Annotate errors
• Collaborate with our team to refine prompts, evaluation methods, and voice design guidelines

Qualifications

• Fluency in Japanese
• Professional voice acting, dubbing, narration, or related performance experience
• Experience in training, coaching, or linguistic annotation is a plus
• Clear communication skills and attention to detail
• A high-quality recording setup—including a reliable microphone and a quiet environment

Compensation

Pay range of $6 to $65 per hour, with exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location.
