Responsibilities

• Further development of customer relationships and continuous optimization of IT services
• Service Level Management, particularly quality control and assurance for customer-specific SLAs
• Identification of customer requirements and participation in continuous improvement processes
• Escalation point for incidents and derivation of optimization measures
• Moderation and execution of service meetings
• Regular reporting based on created service reports and channeling of customer requirements
• Coordination with sales on contractual and commercial matters to establish high customer satisfaction
• Support of audit procedures and audits
• Communication of incident root causes (RCA) and measures for sustainable resolution in problem management
