About the Role

As an IT Project Coordinator for Core Banking Systems, you will handle technical and specialist support for the development of digital solutions in various projects within IT for financial service providers. Focus areas include modern banking functions for end customers and process optimization for banks and savings banks. You will actively participate in conceptual and technical product development while working with colleagues and customers remotely, at our Bremen office, or from your home office.

Responsibilities

• Technical and specialist coordination with colleagues on ISP (Internal Service Platform of Finance Informatik) and process automation topics, including independent research
• Consultation and exchange with team leadership and sales on application-specific questions, with or without project context
• Test management and execution: Planning and coordinating regression and progression tests, creating and maintaining test cases and requirements, conducting manual tests, and managing test environments
• Analysis, evaluation, and documentation of test results
• Release and information management: Controlling release communication in close coordination with sales and team colleagues
• Customer support (Second Level): Processing tickets, supporting acceptance and pilot phases, and preparing these processes
• Documentation: Maintaining internal technical concepts, manuals, and customer documentation

Requirements

• First experiences in ISP/CITO environments and knowledge of Sparkassen core banking systems are advantageous
• Professional experience in a project coordinating role and in testing digital solutions
• Industry know-how in banking and savings banks sector desirable
• Independent and engaged working style with quick comprehension of complex topics
• Strong communication skills, responsibility awareness, and customer orientation
• Excellent German language skills, both written and verbal
