Role Overview

As an IT Operations Manager for EMEA, you will lead and scale a high-performing regional IT Operations team while partnering closely with global peers to deliver a secure, reliable, and thoughtful technology experience for employees across the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an initial team of two IT Operations Engineers in EMEA
• Hire, develop, and retain talent as the region grows
• Deliver people leadership and operational strategy across EMEA
• Ensure operational excellence and security for the region
• Step in to unblock the team, support critical incidents, and drive clarity in ambiguous situations
• Serve as the first point of contact for the region
