About the role

Accountabilities

    • Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot web applications, internal tools, and integrations across multiple platforms.
    • Build and maintain front-end interfaces, back-end logic, APIs, and database connections.
    • Manage and optimize CMS platforms, particularly WordPress, with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
    • Implement API integrations and database connectivity solutions between business systems.
    • Use automation platforms such as Zapier to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
    • Support and maintain a broad range of business applications and software platforms used across the organization.
    • Analyze data and create charts, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decision-making.
    • Use advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools to process, analyze, and present data effectively.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues across web platforms, systems, integrations, and workflows while identifying opportunities for optimization.
    • Maintain appropriate security practices, including antivirus, firewall, and two-factor authentication controls.
    • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
    • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, training, and knowledge sharing to team members when needed.
    • Document systems, architecture, processes, and workflows to improve accessibility and continuity across teams.
    • Contribute to onboarding, process improvements, system optimization, and ad-hoc technical initiatives.
    • Requirements

      • Proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, SQL, and Python.
      • Experience using GitHub and modern version control workflows.
      • Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software development best practices.
      • Familiarity with both front-end and back-end development, APIs, databases, and system integrations.
      • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
      • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex workflows.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
      • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies, platforms, tools, and processes quickly.
      • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to identifying technical and operational improvements.
      • Ability to provide support, documentation, and training to colleagues when required.
      • Access to a computer with a dual-monitor setup and at least 8 GB of RAM.
      • Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps.
      • Camera with at least 1080p resolution.
