IT Asset Manager

Key responsibilities and your contribution:

• Managing the accounting of infrastructure assets
• Maintaining inventory in Jira Assets
• Keeping data current for services, servers, domains, and accounts
• Controlling ownership and responsible parties
• Accounting for service accounts and accesses
• Controlling the expiration dates of domains, SSL certificates, and licenses
• Maintaining documentation in Confluence
• Interacting with DevOps / Infrastructure teams
• Participating in improving accounting processes and lifecycle management

Your qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Systematic thinking and a structured approach to work
• High level of responsibility and reliability
• Ability to work effectively with large volumes of information
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, cloud services, DNS, domains, accounts, and access management
• Experience working with documentation, spreadsheets, and maintaining structured data

Nice to have:

• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Experience with Jira Assets
• Background in IT Operations, IT Support, or System Administration
• Basic understanding of DevOps practices or infrastructure-related processes
• Interest in maintaining organized systems and keeping data accurate and up to date
