Investment Operations & Client Service Specialist

What We're Looking For

• The successful candidate will be someone who:
• ● Has experience in investment operations, wealth management, financial services, RIA operations, client servicing, or a similar environment
• ● Has experience working with investment accounts, custodians, or financial administration
• ● Is highly detail-oriented and takes pride in the quality of their work
• ● Can work quickly without sacrificing accuracy
• ● Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ● Is confident identifying missing information and following up with the relevant person
• ● Is comfortable communicating with external organisations and custodian support teams
• ● Can follow established processes while also recognising opportunities to improve them
• ● Is proactive and willing to speak up when there is a problem
• ● Works well independently while remaining a strong team player

Experience With:

• Experience with any of the following would be highly advantageous:
• ● Charles Schwab
• ● Fidelity
• ● Raymond James
• ● Black Diamond
• ● Orion
• ● RIA or wealth management platforms
• ● Investment account administration
• ● Client account opening and maintenance
