As Fora grows internationally we're looking for International Ambassadors to support and strengthen our communities in key markets. These part-time contractor roles are designed for experienced Fora advisors who are deeply embedded in their local advisors excited to help others navigate the Fora platform and build community.
Ambassadors serve as trusted leaders in their region — sharing expertise, answering questions, and helping others feel confident in their day-to-day work. Ambassadors sit at the intersection of community management, advisor support, and brand representation. A key part of the role is participating in Forum and Whatsapp spaces, where responses are visible to the broader advisor community. This means your contributions should not only answer questions, but also reinforce a helpful, welcoming, and solutions-oriented environment. This role is ideal for an engaged, well-connected Fora advisor who communicates clearly, shows good judgment, and approaches interactions professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement & Forum Management
- Respond to advisor questions in Forum and International Whatsapp groups with accurate, helpful, and timely guidance — adapting tone and depth to the advisor's experience level (Uncertified, Certified, Pro, Fora X)
- Organize Forum content through re-threading and reformatting posts for clarity and discoverability
- Review the Forum backlog; flag, edit, or remove outdated, inaccurate, or misplaced content
- Monitor for misinformation and ensure Fora's Community Guidelines are upheld at all times through different channels including Forum, Whatsapp and community events
- Sign up for bi-weekly Forum management shifts via the Ambassador Shift Sign-Up sheet
- Host occasional kick-off calls to greet new advisors
- Host occasional live-support sessions to respond advisor inquiries and questions
Regional Liaison & Advocacy
- Act as a trusted point of contact between international advisors and Fora HQ
- Surface regional community sentiment, questions, and feedback to relevant teams
