<p><span style="color: rgb(64, 0, 28);">With Creator Marketing being a key marketing channel for air up and contributing to a major part of our revenue and business growth, we are looking for a <strong>French-speaking Marketing Intern</strong> to join our team and gets excited about making noise in the French market.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: center;" data-pm-slice="1 1 []"><strong>*** This role is located in Munich, Germany***<br></strong>In this role, we follow a hybrid working model: time in the office each week to collaborate and connect with the team, balanced with remote days that support focused, independent work.<br><br></p>

<h2><span style="color: rgb(64, 0, 28);"><strong>Your responsibilities</strong></span></h2>

<ul>

<li style="color: rgb(64, 0, 28);">Identifying relevant creators for long-term brand partnerships.</li>

<li style="color: rgb(64, 0, 28);">Developing and managing relationships with creators, influencers and agencies.</li>

<li style="color: rgb(64, 0, 28);">Supporting with our Ambassador and Affiliate Programs, focusing on nano- and micro-creators  </li>

<li style="color: rgb(64, 0, 28);">Supporting the team for the monthly planning and management of a six-digit budget covering the French market.</li>

<li style="color: rgb(64, 0, 28);">Taking full ownership of budget and creator campaigns, covering the ideation of creative concepts, creator negotiations, contracting, day-to-day communication, content reviews, performance analysis and campaign reporting.</li>

<li style="color: rgb(64, 0, 28);">Monitoring, reporting & analyzing campaigns on a monthly basis and maximizing campaigns based on insights.</li>

<li style="color: rgb(64, 0, 28);">Staying up-to-date with the latest creator marketing economy trends and incorporating them into your strategies & campaigns.</li>

<li style="color: rgb(64, 0, 28);">Working closely with other cross-functional departments to deliver fully integrated 360 creator marketing campaigns (paid social, CRM, etc).</li>

<li style="color: rgb(64, 0, 28);">Collaborating with the wider marketing team to ensure local market learnings are shared in order to optimize overall performance.</li>

<li style="color: rgb(64, 0, 28);">You feel at home in Social Media, having a feeling for current and future trends and creators are always on your mind</li>

<li style="color: rgb(64, 0, 28);">Maybe you already have professional Social Media or Creator Marketing experience from previous jobs</li>

<li style="color: rgb(64, 0, 28);">You are an above average creative mind and love to ideate on concepts and bring them to live</li>

<li style="color: rgb(64, 0, 28);">Content creation and editing skills are definitely a plus</li>

<li style="color: rgb(64, 0, 28);">Familiar with the creator ecosystem in France</li>

<li style="color: rgb(64, 0, 28);">You are a communicative and committed person and are able to handle various projects at a time</li>

<li style="color: rgb(64, 0, 28);">Skilled in using Google Sheets</li>

<li style="color: rgb(64, 0, 28);">You have a knack for numbers and bring above average negotiation and analytical skills with you</li>

<li style="color: rgb(64, 0, 28);">You are based in Munich or open to relocate</li>
