What We’re Looking For
- Portfolio that wows us — Proven results showing how your design work led to increased conversion rates and opt-ins. At least 2 years of experience. Application will not be accepted without a portfolio.
- Proven design skills — Creating high-quality concepts and design solutions using Adobe Creative Suite that communicate brand messaging and drive sales. Deep understanding of graphic design, typography, branding, UI, and visual design culture.
- Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a design-related field.
- Marketing-savvy — Ability to research and apply current marketing trends to create content that drives sales.
- Data-driven — Understand metrics and use insights to create and refine content that delivers measurable results.
- Design and development tools — Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD. Bonus points for Figma and advanced After Effects.
- Digital marketing experience — Comfortable with concepts like funnels and e-commerce.
- E-commerce expertise — Experience designing for platforms like Amazon to drive sales.
