Position Overview

This Inside Sales Representative role is a work-from-home position that plays an integral role within the Inside Sales team. You will be fully trained remotely over 6-8 weeks.

Primary Responsibilities

• Dial out to up to 30 homeowners per hour while managing heavy inbound call flow from homeowners who have contacted via marketing channels
• Document and track all set appointments accurately to ensure all future customer demonstrations and pricing activities meet company standards
• Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls while multitasking through various systems

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Sales mindset and metrics driven
• Ability to work varying shifts, including some evenings and weekends
• Must live in Indiana
• Bilingual is a plus

Schedule

• Remote work with flexibility
• Must work some morning and evening shifts, plus one weekend shift per week
• Must be available to work until 10:30pm at least once per week
• Days off will not be consecutive
• Operating hours: Monday-Friday 7:50am-10:30pm, Weekends 8:50am-8pm
