About the Role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager (m/w/d) with a focus on TikTok Shop to join our team immediately. You will have the freedom to own your area, express your passion for social commerce, and shape your own domain in our Freedom & Ownership culture.

Responsibilities

Creator Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Identify and acquire profitable TikTok creators for our partner brands
• Build and maintain a strong creator network with focus on TikTok Shop performance
• Negotiate fair compensation models with creators

Campaign Management & Strategy

• Develop and implement data-driven TikTok Shop campaigns
• Create detailed creator briefs for optimal conversion performance
• Strategically plan product seeding and live shopping events

Performance & Analytics

• Analyze and report on creator collaborations based on relevant KPIs
• Continuously optimize creator performance through A/B testing

Requirements

• Deep understanding of TikTok and social commerce dynamics
• Experience with TikTok Shop or other social shopping platforms
• Knowledge of the creator economy and successful partnership models
• Excellent negotiation skills and sense for win-win situations
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort with performance tracking
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships
• Creativity and initiative in developing new campaign formats
• Networking abilities with authentic interest in people and content
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an eye for profitable collaborations
• Team-oriented with ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
