Influencer Marketing Manager (100% Remote)

About the Job

We're hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager to build and run Tether's influencer program. This isn't a typical influencer role. Half the work is the usual: identifying creators, building relationships, running campaigns, measuring impact, and creating affinity for Tether and our products. The other half is harder — we need someone who can credibly engage tech and developer influencers, because the developer audience is one of Tether's most important constituencies and it doesn't respond to standard marketing playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Build and own Tether's global influencer strategy across AI, tech, lifestyle, culture, health, crypto and more.
• Identify, vet, and build long-term relationships with influencers and creators solo and via agencies where it makes sense.
• Run end-to-end campaigns: brief, contract, ship, measure, iterate.
• Partner with product teams across all four pillars (Stable Finance, Stable Intelligence, Stable Power, Stable Communications) to align influencer activity with what we're actually launching.
• Develop the tech and developer influencer programme specifically YouTubers, technical bloggers, OSS maintainers, tech podcast hosts, AI influencers.
• Stay close to platform shifts like X, Rumble, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, and whatever comes next.
