Role

As Influencer & Creator Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining creator partnerships for our brands on TikTok, ensuring the right creators authentically sell the right products.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage creator partnerships for top brands in DACH region
• Identify, approach, and onboard new creator partners
• Manage and optimize ongoing collaborations with focus on performance and revenue
• Work closely with founders
• Access to top 1% influencer marketing training worth 100k€+

Requirements

• Proven experience in influencer marketing, ideally in agency or brand environments
• Strong understanding of creator trends and what converts on social media
• Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire and build long-term relationships
• Full availability and willingness to go the extra mile
