Instrumentl is a hyper-growth YC-backed startup helping the nonprofit sector drive impact. We serve over 4,500 nonprofit clients, from local homeless shelters to organizations like the San Diego Zoo and University of Alaska. We are building the future of fundraising automation through our SaaS platform that helps nonprofits discover, track, and manage grants efficiently.
We are cash flow positive, doubling year-over-year, with strong customer satisfaction (NPS 65+, Ellis PMF survey 60+).
About the Role
You will help organizations big and small get access to more resources to grow their impact. Over the past year, we have seen great results reaching out to universities and nonprofits about Instrumentl, and we are now growing a dedicated team to scale this effort.
We are looking for someone who loves spending time on the phone with nonprofits and universities. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a sales career while doing good at the same time.
