Implementation Specialist

Job Purpose

As an Implementation Specialist, you are the driving force behind a customer's journey from signed contract to successful launch and long-term value realization. You don't just onboard customers— you help them transform how they manage fleets, drivers, compliance, and operations.

As the primary owner of the onboarding experience, you'll partner closely with customers to understand their goals, define success criteria, and guide them through every stage of implementation. From kickoff and stakeholder alignment to configuration, training, and go-live, you ensure a seamless, high-impact experience that sets the foundation for long-term partnership and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for new Fleetworthy customers
• Partner with customers to understand their business goals and define success criteria
• Guide customers through configuration, data migration, and system integration
• Deliver training and enablement sessions to drive product adoption
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication
• Identify and escalate risks or blockers to ensure on-time go-live
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Support) to improve the onboarding process

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or project management
• Experience with SaaS or technology platforms
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience
