Provides expert support, analysis and research into exceptionally complex problems and processes relating to the subject matter. Serves as technical expert on executive-level project teams providing technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives. Thinks independently and demonstrates exceptional written and oral communications skills. Applies advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts. Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts. Works on unusually complex technical problems and provides solutions, which are highly innovative and ingenious. Works under consultative direction toward predetermined long-range goals and objectives. Assignments are often self-initiated. Determines and pursues courses of action necessary to obtain desired results. Develops advanced technological ideas and guides their development into a final product.
Minimum Experience
- Four (4) years of experience in a relevant field, specifically electronic data exchange experience (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or Information systems/Technology), and a specific logistics function (e.g., finance, supply, contract administration, transportation, operations research).
- Provide technical support for major development/upgrade efforts and postproduction
- Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) in order to support Low-Code/No-Code.
- Development Platform models Expert experience in a particular area of Information Technology (e.g., Information Systems Architecture, Telecommunications Systems Design, Architecture, Implementation, Information Systems Integration, Software Development Methodologies, Security Engineering, Communications or Network Systems Management), or a specific functional area (e.g., finance, logistics, or operations research)
- Expert experience providing end-to-end direction and functional oversight.
Required Skills
- Certification: Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
- Investigative Requirement: Secret Clearance
- 8570/8140: DoW Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level I
- Computing Environment: AWS Certified Solutions Architect-Associate or Certified MuleSoft Associate Certification within 3 months after onboarding start date.
Remote Work Environment
This position is performed in a 100% remote, collaborative environment supporting government development activities. The employee will work closely with Task Order Project Manager, Requirements Analysts, Scrum Master, Developers, Testers, and Government stakeholders through virtual meetings and Agile ceremonies. Employees must maintain a secure remote workspace, use government-approved systems and security controls, and comply with all cybersecurity and data protection requirements, including Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Regular availability during standard business hours is required to support team collaboration, customer meetings, and project deliverables.
