We are seeking an Implementation Manager who is a true hustler—someone scrappy, proactive, and obsessed with delivering customer value. You won't just follow a project plan; you will be a strategic consultant who uses AI to automate the mundane and focus on solving complex upstream business problems.

Core Responsibilities:

• Own the Journey: Drive new customer onboardings and expansion implementations end-to-end within a Pod-based structure, collaborating with Engagement Managers and Pod Leaders to ensure project health.
• Leverage AI Innovation: Use LogicGate’s AI-driven assistant, Config Newton to automate point-and-click work, freeing your time for high-value creative solution design.
• Strategic Problem Solving: Move beyond reacting to symptoms; proactively solve upstream business problems to prevent churn and improve the end-user experience.
• Compress Timelines: Prove that the impossible is achievable by contributing to our goal of reducing implementation timelines through efficiency and AI.
• Consultative Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor, using exceptional listening and curiosity to understand business problems rather than just technical requirements.
• Effective Application Design: Design and build "sticky" Risk Cloud applications that drive long-term adoption and reduce technical debt.
• Collaborate for the "How": Maintain a bias for action by saying “yes” to challenges and then leveraging your Pod to figure out the best execution strategy.
