Implementation Operations is evolving into an AI-enabled technical delivery organization. This role sits within IO and is hired with a strong aptitude for supporting Marmot implementations and AI-enabled delivery workflows while continuing to own broader IO responsibilities across customer onboarding, recurring deliveries, Vertex migrations, and operational excellence. This is not a Marmot-only role; it is an Implementation Operations role with a Marmot mindset.

Team

The Implementation Operations team owns customer implementations, recurring data refreshes, production deliveries, operational support, and technical onboarding. As Marmot adoption grows, the team will support AI implementations while continuing to own core implementation operations.

• Independently managed customer implementations and recurring deliveries with a high degree of ownership and operational quality.
• Supported AI enabled implementations and onboarding alongside broader Implementation Operations responsibilities.
• Delivered automation improvements that reduced manual effort, improved reliability, or increased delivery efficiency.
• Contributed to AI and Implementation Operations playbooks, documentation, and repeatable operating processes.

These are the essential job duties you will be responsible for:

• Own end-to-end implementation operations, including customer onboarding, recurring data deliveries, production workflows, and operational support.
• Support AI enabled implementations and onboarding by partnering with relevant technical and cross-functional teams.
• Execute and validate production deliveries while maintaining high standards for data quality, timeliness, documentation, and customer impact.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, DPQ, Customer Success, and Technical Engagement to resolve issues and deliver customer outcomes.
• Use GenAI tools and AI capabilities to improve productivity, accelerate technical workflows, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
