Job Description
CSCI Consulting is seeking an Implementation Integration Lead to support its Department of War (DoW / DoD) client. This role serves as the primary coordination and communication bridge between project leadership, implementation teams, agency stakeholders, and assigned business and technical components.
The Implementation Integration Lead helps maintain alignment across multiple stakeholder groups by facilitating communication, coordinating cross-functional activities, tracking dependencies, and ensuring timely resolution of issues that impact requirements, design, testing, deployment, and readiness efforts. Working closely with the Project Manager and PMO team, this role supports successful delivery by improving stakeholder engagement, decision-making, and implementation readiness throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary coordination point between implementation teams and assigned client business, finance, operations, data, security, and technical stakeholders
- Communicate project decisions, updates, risks, issues, and action items across agency and contractor teams
- Coordinate stakeholder inputs, reviews, approvals, and responses required to support project activities and deliverables
- Facilitate collaboration across functional and technical teams to resolve dependencies, questions, and implementation challenges
- Track open items, stakeholder actions, and pending decisions to help prevent impacts to project timelines and milestones
- Support alignment between business requirements, governance decisions, project plans, and implementation activities
- Prepare for and support stakeholder meetings, workshops, status reviews, working sessions, and readiness activities
- Document decisions, feedback, risks, issues, and action items and ensure they are reflected in project reporting and delivery artifacts
- Support implementation readiness efforts associated with requirements validation, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, deployment, and documentation handoff
- Provide status updates and stakeholder insights to project leadership and PMO teams for consolidated program reporting
Minimum Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, Communications, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience supporting federal program delivery, implementation coordination, PMO support, or project management activities
