About the role
We’re building and scaling high-impact, real-world deployments of ElevenLabs across healthcare, education, and culture. You’ll own the full lifecycle from sourcing through deployment, adoption, and long-term success. This is a highly autonomous, execution-heavy role.
Requirements
- Experience scaling partnerships, deployments, or strategic programs within a technology company
- Strong operator: able to take ambiguous initiatives and drive them to real-world outcomes
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and external stakeholders
- Systems thinker: builds processes that make programs repeatable and scalable
- AI-native: uses AI tools to move faster and improve workflows
- Deep motivation to apply AI to meaningful problems
