Your Responsibilities
- Support the organization and administration of our employees and ensure smooth daily personnel management
- Proactively find and approach talents to strengthen our team through direct candidate outreach across various channels
- Actively participate in managing and optimizing recruitment processes from job postings to hiring
- Conduct interviews and support the selection of suitable candidates
- Identify top talents for our company and ensure continuous scaling of HR activities
- Guide new team members through onboarding and ensure they feel welcomed and well supported from the start
- Train new colleagues on internal tools and systems for efficient work
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in German (fluent written and verbal)
- Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally
- Completed vocational training or relevant experience
