The HRIS Manager leads the strategy, governance, and optimization of Envoy's HR technology platforms, with a primary focus on UKG. This role oversees system administration, data integrity, reporting, and process automation while partnering closely with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders. Ideal candidates bring strong HR process knowledge, deep HRIS expertise, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the HR technology roadmap and system governance
- Oversee administration of UKG and related platforms (Deel, Lattice, Greenhouse)
- Manage configuration, security roles, workflows, and integration
