What You'll Do

As a Senior People Systems Analyst, you will be a technical anchor for our Workday ecosystem. This role isn't just about maintenance; it's about architecting the future of our People data. You will own the technical health of our HCM, Compensation and Prism environments, balancing critical KLTO (Keep Lights On) operations with high-impact strategic projects.

Beyond core Workday, you will act as a bridge to our broader tech stack, supporting and optimizing HRIS tools built on top of Workday to ensure a seamless data flow and a unified user experience.

You will play a pivotal role during high-pressure cycles like Annual Total Rewards (ATR), acting as a bridge between complex technical requirements and the urgent needs of our Compensation stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Architect & Execute: Lead the technical configuration for annual cycles (ATR/Comp Planning), driving technical requirements, implementation, testing, and deployment to ensure a frictionless user experience.
  • High-Pressure Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary technical partner for the Compensation team. You will navigate high-stakes environments with composure, translating urgent business needs into scalable Workday solutions.
  • Collaborative Escalation: Actively contribute to our supportive team culture by sharing knowledge and assisting peers. You must demonstrate the judgment to escalate risks and roadblocks timely, ensuring that pressure doesn't become blockage.
  • System Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the primary expert and point-of-contact for day-to-day support of Workday and related HRIS systems.
