- Master the connections: Forge and maintain a robust network to create a talent pool that can be tapped into at a moment's notice. Your ability to build, maintain and expand connections is critical to keeping the talent pool fresh and dynamic.
- Visionary in job marketing: Create and distribute compelling job ads, explore new ways and platforms to attract undiscovered talent. Your creativity and insight into job marketing strategies are key to discovering new sources of talent.
- Classifier of potential: Take on the important task of evaluating and categorizing applicants to ensure a seamless alignment between candidate skills and organizational needs. Your judgment in classifying applicants will make the selection process efficient and effective.

What you should bring with you:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in recruiting.
- Preferably a Bachelor of Business Administration.
- You are known for your confident and professional approach to complex and sensitive personnel situations. With your empathetic yet goal-oriented approach, you are able to resolve conflicts effectively and achieve positive results.
- Skills to support team members to achieve their goals.
- You are communicative and enjoy working in a team.
- Ability to prioritize, delegate tasks effectively and solve problems.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- You should live close to the area of Kolkata.
