About the role
Key responsibilities and your contribution
- Managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, adaptation, performance management, compensation and benefits, salary review cycles, and grading
- Conducting regular one-on-one meetings to monitor employee well-being, gather feedback, and support their personal and professional growth
- Acting as the primary point of contact and advocate for a dedicated group of employees (90-100 people), helping them navigate daily challenges
- Assisting and coaching managers on team-related matters
- Participating in surveys, research, analytics, and report preparation
- Working on enhancing employee loyalty and engagement to improve retention
- Resolving conflicts and addressing problematic situations within teams
- Contributing to the development of corporate culture
- Organizing informal meetings and team-building activities with the relevant teams
- Participating in other HR projects upon the Top Managers' request as needed
Your qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a People Partner, HR Generalist, or in a similar employee-facing HR role
- Proven experience in driving employee engagement, onboarding processes, well-being programs, and culture-building initiatives
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Skilled in conflict resolution and dispute management
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
- Proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
- Competent in using Excel, Google Presentations, and Canva
- Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and Slack is a plus
- Ability to analyze
