About the role

Key responsibilities and your contribution

  • Managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, adaptation, performance management, compensation and benefits, salary review cycles, and grading
  • Conducting regular one-on-one meetings to monitor employee well-being, gather feedback, and support their personal and professional growth
  • Acting as the primary point of contact and advocate for a dedicated group of employees (90-100 people), helping them navigate daily challenges
  • Assisting and coaching managers on team-related matters
  • Participating in surveys, research, analytics, and report preparation
  • Working on enhancing employee loyalty and engagement to improve retention
  • Resolving conflicts and addressing problematic situations within teams
  • Contributing to the development of corporate culture
  • Organizing informal meetings and team-building activities with the relevant teams
  • Participating in other HR projects upon the Top Managers' request as needed

Your qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a People Partner, HR Generalist, or in a similar employee-facing HR role
  • Proven experience in driving employee engagement, onboarding processes, well-being programs, and culture-building initiatives
  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and dispute management
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
  • Competent in using Excel, Google Presentations, and Canva
  • Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and Slack is a plus
  • Ability to analyze
