About the role
Business Partnering & Advisory
Act as the primary point of contact for UK/EMEA managers and leadership teams, providing trusted advice on all people matters including employee relations, employment law compliance, benefits management, organizational effectiveness, and colleague wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Support UK/EMEA employees and leadership teams as a trusted adviser on all people matters
- Ensure compliant, consistent, and people-centered approach to HR delivery
- Partner with business leaders to drive people strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Maintain focus on employee relations, employment law compliance, and organizational effectiveness
- Serve as key HR contact for UK and EMEA regions
- Collaborate with global HR and business operations teams
- Shape HR practices and influence organizational culture
- Make a tangible impact on employee experience
Requirements
- Experienced HR Business Partner with strategic and hands-on execution capabilities
- Strong background working within fast-paced technology organizations
- Knowledge of employment law compliance and benefits management
- Experience in organizational effectiveness and employee relations
