About the role

Business Partnering & Advisory

Act as the primary point of contact for UK/EMEA managers and leadership teams, providing trusted advice on all people matters including employee relations, employment law compliance, benefits management, organizational effectiveness, and colleague wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support UK/EMEA employees and leadership teams as a trusted adviser on all people matters

Requirements

  • Experienced HR Business Partner with strategic and hands-on execution capabilities
