About the Role
Join GoDaddy's Hosting Support team to assist customers with their technical needs and guide them to success. This remote position is based in Serbia with working hours from 1pm - 9pm CET, Monday to Friday.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support to GoDaddy's hosting customers across multiple channels
- Guide customers to resolve their hosting-related issues
- Assist customers with all of their technical needs
Work Arrangement
This is a fully remote position. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.
